Medical Spa Cancellation Policy
We understand and appreciate that everyone has a busy schedule and changes can take place in one’s schedule. Our cancellation policy takes this into account and any cancellation made less than a 48-hour to cancel or reschedule will be assessed a $25 non-refundable charge will be assessed for the following conditions:
- Less than 24-hour notification to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- No show or missed appointments.
Late Arrivals
We will always try and honor your appointment time needs, but please keep in mind that if you arrive late for a service it may require us to shorten the length of the treatment or reschedule your treatment. We will do our best if possible to treat you on the same day, as close to your original scheduled time.
