Pharrell’s Skincare Routine Keeps Him Looking Young
Does Pharrell Williams ever age?
It doesn’t seem so. Like many stars, you’re left wondering if these stars have found some sort of eternal fountain of youth, or if they just have a great skincare routine.
Mr. Williams alleges it’s the latter, so for now we’ll just have to take his word for it.
How to Stay Looking Young Like Pharrell Williams
“I exfoliate like a madman,” he starts. The singer’s 43, but he looks about 20something. “To me, the key is just exfoliating like a monster… like a narcissistic madman.”
Combine that with drinking lots of water, and… there you have it. That’s the whole of Pharrell’s routine, specifically, for skincare that keeps him looking young.
But is that really enough?
It’s hard to say. Certainly as a male star, he might be a little less open with revealing a more in-depth skincare routine.
Exfoliation is important for your skin, but it’s also important to keep your skin moist and hydrated, and to replenish it with nutrients.
The Different Vitamins of the Skin
There are many approaches to taking care of your skin. The skin loves hyaluronic acid, which is the base of keeping it moisturized.
Vitamin A is one of the most important vitamins you can use for the skin, and peptides facilitate the skin’s production of collagen.
Pharrell may or may not be using these to keep looking young. He may just be a genetic wonder.
By his own words, part of what keeps him looking young is he knows how to dress to express his own individuality.
He takes fashion risks on the red carpet–and heck, maybe we’d all look a bit younger if we took some risks.
Want to look younger, but not ready to stroll down the red carpet in experimental fashion?
