Victoria’s Secret model Jasmine Tookes  may be caught wearing a $3 million bra on the job—but when she is off the clock, Tookes pays next to nothing to glow like an angel.

According to Tookes, you don’t need any expensive beauty products or hard-to-pronounce facials to get heathy and glowing skin.

To prep for the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, the 25-year-old California native attests to the age-old trick of facial icing.
“[It’s] great for the pores,” said Tookes in an E! News exclusive.

This age-old trick is oftentimes done in the morning, making it a wake-up call that you’ll never snooze through. But, according to Jasmine, she ices her face at night to help tighten her skin.

What Does Facial Icing Entail?
Exactly how it sounds—use ice to de-puff the face, neutralize your redness and get an afterglow similar to walking around on a brisk day.

After a facial cleanse, you can dunk your head in ice water, or for a less intense experience, wrap an ice cube in a thin cloth and as it starts to melt, glide it across your face.

Does This Work?

Yes! As your face experiences the chilly shock, the rest of the body will attempt to warm up, speeding up blood circulation.
And just like when you hit your head and use a cold compress to combat the swelling, the ice constricts pores and tightens your skin, which can minimize pimples and even wrinkles!

Have you tried icing your face in the morning or before bed? Do you think it helps? Let us know!

The 2016 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show will air Dec. 5 at 10/9c on CBS.
